First it was Black Friday,
then Cyber Monday and now the best day of all: #givingtuesday
Developed as a charitable
alternative to the all-out shopping extravaganza that takes
place in the days following Thanksgiving, Giving Tuesday has made a holiday out
of giving back to organizations that change lives in the communities they
serve. This year, Giving Tuesday falls on December 2 and Variety KC is
asking for your support.
With the end of the year
coming up, this is a big chance to make a difference for nonprofit
organizations throughout the nation — including Variety KC.
